All promotional rates are subject to room availability, and some are sold on a "first come, first served" basis. If there are no rooms left for the dates you want, we will show you the cheapest rate currently available in the same hotel. |

Do I have to make a booking before I visit a hotel? |

If you want to make sure you get one of our special offer rates, you must make a booking before you go to the hotel. This is true of all of our special offers, including the exclusive solmelia.com special offers which can only be booked online. If you don't make a booking, when you get to the hotel you might find that the special offer rates are not available ... or that the hotel is full!! |
