The exchange of Iberia Plus points, must be made through our SolRes Central Reservations offices (by e-mail: reservas@solmelia.com or by telephone: 902 364 589) using one of two rates (blue and complete) assigned to the programme, indicating the card number, name and surname.
The number of points required for each free night depends on the brand of the Sol Meliá hotel, the type of room and the type of rate.
Sol Meliá brands: Paradisus, Gran Meliá, ME By Meliá, Meliá, TRYP and Sol. Not applicable to All Inclusive hotels except Paradisus.
Important note: Points exchanged give a right to accommodation in a double room including VAT (or equivalent tax). All extras must be paid for directly by guests and do not earn additional points. When points are being used, spending on extras is also not eligible for earning points.
